    “My 8 year old Trane air conditioning unit decided to have a freak out moment and froze up on one of the very last days of summer. I panicked and turned to Home Advisor there I was referred to "Home Works". From my first contact over the phone with the receptionist to the hug at the end (from me) I found this service thorough, high tech and on point. I was given an appointment window of 2-4 hours which was met. A text message with a picture of the Tech was sent to my phone just as he was due to arrive. An email confirmation was sent as the tech arrived and a confirmation was sent when I scheduled the appointment. The tech was clean and pleasant. Further he present his card and removed his shoes on entering my home. His warm and friendly manner was just enough to set me at ease. Further, the Tech not only inspected for the problem I had called about but was willing to go the extra mile to explain my safety and to fix a small blunder made by a past tech not with this company. I was impressed. The Tech that was sent to perform the work on my air conditioner was Thomas Erronis. This person is a epitome of what customer service should always be! He was knowledgeable. efficient, fun, and most of all professional. He explained every step to me and gained my trust right away. While my repair was an unexpected expense at no time did I feel I was being taken advantage of. And in doing research before my appointment found the pricing to be slightly lower than other companies I checked with. I was offered options and Thomas's integrity was genuine and thoughtful. Not only will I hire this company again for repairs but, I'll use this company for all my heating and plumbing needs in the future as the company offers a maintenance plan that is affordable and practical. We need more service professionals and companies of this caliber.”

    “HomeWorks installed a great furnace in October of 2017. Electrical problems with our electrical panel burned out the control board transformer and blower motor. Mitch came out right away and worked over the weekend to get us back up and running. He also brought us 5 portable heaters as we spent the weekend without a furnace in -0 temperatures. I even got a call from Andy, the President, to make sure we were taken care of. 5+ stars for customer service! Spread the word!”
